  In 2018, I set my first word for the year- Connection. Like setting an intention in yoga, setting a ‘word’ for the year can help you tune into what you most need. It may be aligned with your personal values, a goal or a feeling which you would like to feel. Some examples may include: Healing. Strength. Growth. Kindness. Compassion. Achievement.
