Corporate wellbeing has never been more important, not only for staff retention, but for empowering your team to be the best they can be – providing them with the awareness and skills to help them manage their mental and physical health and work performance. We do not have a one size fits all approach with our Cairns Corporate Wellbeing programs. We will tailor our workshops, presentations and programs to your needs.

Resilience is a powerful tool, at work and in life. The enemy of resilience is poor recovery. That’s why our Cairns Corporate Wellbeing programs are fundamentally designed to support and assist your team with their resilience, helping them to take ownership of their rest, recovery and performance. We know this enhances individual resilience and mental health, whilst also boosting workplace health, happiness and performance. A win, win.

At Wellness Embodied we have a multi-disciplinary team, with various qualifications and clinical interests, including high level focus and stress management, an exercise physiologist, physiotherapists, breathwork leaders, yogis and occupational therapists. We’ll handpick our team, to complement the outcomes for your team, during their Cairns Corporate Wellbeing programs with us.

Mental & Physical Health & Safety

Many programs, treatments or presentations work solely on either physical or mental health management strategies, without examining the link between the two. At Wellness Embodied, we’ve always prided ourselves on our holistic approach to healthcare – looking at the whole person, not just a body part. This essence is carried through to our Cairns Corporate Wellbeing programs. We’ll touch on a number of facets of wellbeing during the program and provide simple tools that can be used both in and outside of work. These tools can include:

  • Breath techniques for stress management, sleep and more.
  • Sleep hygiene advice.
  • Breaking the social media addiction and improving focus.
  • Incorporating more physical exercise into the day.
  • Mindful movement and Cairns yoga therapy.
  • Healthy daily habits, including posture and stretching, desk set-up and safe lifting.

Team Players, Skills & Clinical Interests

Our team of Allied Health professionals provide a diverse range of skills, which can be incorporated in your Wellness Embodied Cairns Corporate Wellbeing program, they include but are not limited to the below.

They have great physios, who get to know you as a person, not just your illness. They also do nice little personal touches, like sending you a birthday message or checking in via text to see you're ok after a treatment.

I presently visit 3 different staff members and I find what they are helping me with, always improves my situation. They really care for me as a person, and I appreciate that! The admin girls are like friends - laughing and talking with me. I feel like I'm coming to visit family when I walk through the door. I love your business' dedication to community also

I was impressed with the all-round service, not just physio, but also nutrition and exercise and breathing
