At Wellness Embodied we have a multi-disciplinary team, with various qualifications and clinical interests, including high level focus and stress management, an exercise physiologist, physiotherapists, breathwork leaders, yogis, remedial massage therapists and occupational therapists. We’ll handpick our team, to complement the outcomes for your team, during their Cairns Corporate Wellbeing programs with us.

Mental & Physical Health & Safety

Many programs, treatments or presentations work solely on either physical or mental health management strategies, without examining the link between the two. At Wellness Embodied, we’ve always prided ourselves on our holistic approach to healthcare – looking at the whole person, not just a body part. This essence is carried through to our Cairns Corporate Wellbeing programs. We’ll touch on a number of facets of wellbeing during the program and provide simple tools that can be used both in and outside of work. These tools can include:

  • Breath techniques for stress management, sleep and more.
  • Sleep hygiene advice.
  • Breaking the social media addiction and improving focus.
  • Incorporating more physical exercise into the day.
  • Mindful movement and Cairns yoga therapy.
  • Healthy daily habits, including posture and stretching, desk set-up and safe lifting.

Team Players, Skills & Clinical Interests

Our team of Allied Health professionals provide a diverse range of skills, which can be incorporated in your Wellness Embodied Cairns Corporate Wellbeing program, they include but are not limited to the below.

Suzanne Rath – Director and Principal Physiotherapist, busy business owner, athlete and dog-Mum. Suzanne knows first-hand the need for high level focus and stress management, to optimise her own role.

Kate Jeremy – Exercise Physiologist, human (and dog!) Mum and CrossFit coach. Kate is passionate about the role of exercise for mental and physical health. Her special areas of interest include exercise for women, particularly during and post pregnancy, safe lifting and disease prevention.

Campbell Will – Physiotherapist and breathwork advocate. Campbell has studied a number of different breathwork courses (including Wim Hof) and draws on this experience and knowledge of the physiology to tailor advice to the individual in our 1 hour in clinic / zoom 1:1


In addition to all of the services mentioned, we can also include remedial massage as a part of our Cairns Corporate Wellbeing programs, either in chair massage at your office, or in clinic at our Scott Street address.
