  Do you know about our NEW FAME Program?   We are happy to introduce the FAME program to Wellness Embodied beginning on the 5th August. We are part of a research study assessing the effectiveness of the program over telehealth. FAMEĀ  has been found to improve motor function, cardiovascular fitness and bone density, and also reduce the risk of secondary complications such as falls, fractures and heart disease.
