Our NDIS Cairns physiotherapists provide services under the Therapeutic Supports code (15_055_0128_1_3). This includes, but is not limited to, neurological rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation (for vertigo, dizziness, motion sickness and balance issues), pain management, DMA Clinical Pilates, Craniosacral therapy, myofascial release, stretching and more. We tailor our services to meet your specific needs.
We also provide our Cairns NDIS physiotherapy services, under the Improved Daily Living Group Therapy code (Support Category 3.15). We commence treatment with a thorough review of your current situation, developing a treatment plan to optimise individual outcomes, making your goals, objectives and aspirations the core deliverables of our services.
At Wellness Embodied we are about capacity and inclusiveness. We provide one-on-one treatments, as well as group sessions, at our friendly inner-city Cairns practice. We have large treatment rooms as well as a Rehabilitation Room, stocked with weights, vestibular rehab training equipment and more. Accessible access at front and side, with wheelchair ramp. We offer video consults for clients who are unable to attend our clinic in person frequently.

Clara is a passionate physiotherapist who is always learning and encourages our team to do the same, in her role as Lead Physiotherapist for the Wellness Embodied ‘Dizzy Clinic’. She is one of our Concussion Management Physiotherapists and our main Vestibular Physiotherapist, using the Vesticam goggles and evidence based techniques to assist those suffering with vertigo, balance issues and persistant dizziness. Clara speaks English, Spanish and basic Auslan.

Maigi is passionate about helping people and enjoys working as a physiotherapist. She has a special interest in vestibular rehabilitation and has undertaken extensive training in this area, and uses Vesticam infrared video goggles during sessions. Maigi is also one of our Concussions trained clinicians and assists people who have sustained a concussion with their recovery.

Nadun has a special focus on musculoskeletal injuries and treats neck, back, shoulder, hip and knee pain, as well as soft tissue injuries, ankle dysfunction and ACL rehabilitation, both pre/post-surgical and conservative. He also guides clients through strength and conditioning programs, aerobic fitness and functional training to support recovery and long-term wellbeing.
