Nicola Sommer completed her Master of Osteopathic Medicine at Southern Cross University and has furthered her skills with dry needling training through CPD Health Courses. Nicola developed a strong interest in health and human movement through an active upbringing, taking part in team, water, and snow sports. She was drawn to osteopathy for its holistic approach and its focus on the body’s natural ability to heal, considering the connection between physical and lifestyle factors.

Cara focuses on locating the structural and biomechanical causes of injuries and addressing them using a range of different techniques.

She is one of our Concussion Management Physiotherapists and our main Vestibular Physiotherapist, using the Vesticam goggles and evidence based techniques to assist those suffering with vertigo, balance issues and persistant dizziness.
