Nicola Sommer completed her Master of Osteopathic Medicine at Southern Cross University and has furthered her skills with dry needling training through CPD Health Courses. Nicola developed a strong interest in health and human movement through an active upbringing, taking part in team, water, and snow sports. She was drawn to osteopathy for its holistic approach and its focus on the body’s natural ability to heal, considering the connection between physical and lifestyle factors.

Enzo is a dedicated physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people recover from injury, manage pain, and improve their movement and function. He takes an evidence-based approach to treatment, tailoring each rehabilitation program to suit the individual goals, lifestyle, and needs of every client.

With previous experience working in professional soccer in Argentina, Enzo has developed strong skills in injury rehabilitation and exercise-based treatment. He has a keen personal interest in fitness, strength, and conditioning, using these principles to help clients of all ages and activity levels return to doing what they enjoy with confidence.

Cara focuses on locating the structural and biomechanical causes of injuries and addressing them using a range of different techniques.
