We provide fittings and assessment for the Cairns SD Labs Z10-Bodyfit® Sleep System at Wellness Embodied. In conjunction with this we review your goals, pain and sleep history, as well as your usual sleeping position. We then position you on the fitting bed and provide zone by zone adjustments across the 10 zones, until we’ve achieved optimal neutral alignment and comfort. We also customise your pillow height and resilience for a neutral head/neck position. This is done using live video guidance, enabling you to see how we’re tuning and adjusting your sleep posture in real time.
