If you are no longer able to make your appointment, please let us know ASAP, so that we may offer the appointment to somebody on our waitlist or in urgent need.
As our clinic is closed on weekends, weekends do not count toward the required notice period for the purpose of cancellations and rescheduling.
We require 24 business hours notice for cancellations, including rescheduling (excluding NDIS, see below).
Late cancellations will attract a $80 cancellation fee.
Missed appointments will attract the full appointment fee.
NDIS appointments: as per NDIS guidelines, appointments require 2 clear business days for cancellations, including rescheduling to avoid appointment being charged.
The patient is responsible for all payment of accounts at Wellness Embodied, including if an insurance scheme, compensation claim or fund fails to pay on their behalf.
Wellness Embodied reserves the right to discharge patients who frequently cancel or miss appointments.
