Cairns Home Care Packages (HCP) can be used for a variety of services that we provide at Wellness Embodied. To ensure our care is tailored to best suit your needs, we work with your HCP manager and family / friends to complete an individualised assessment and provide treatment specific to you and your unique goals. It’s our goal to keep more seniors independent in their own homes, with safety, mobility and confidence.
HCP are a federally funded initiative designed to provide older Australians with access to affordable care, which enables them to stay in their homes. There are also Short Term Restorative Care Programs and Transitional Care Programs. You may be eligible if you want to stay independent, but need some assistance with every days tasks and support with your movement, mobility and functioning.
Our team of Allied Health professionals provide services to Cairns Home Care Package recipients and those in Cooktown. In addition to physiotherapy in home and clinic, we offer hydrotherapy and more. Our team are committed to helping keep you active and doing what you love, for as long as possible. We encourage family and friend involvement in your care.
Francesco believes in an evidence-based approach and values building a trusting and collaborative relationship with his patients, providing support throughout their recovery and disease management journey. Francesco speaks English and Italian.
