Clara is a passionate physiotherapist who is always learning and encourages our team to do the same, in her role as Lead Physiotherapist for the Wellness Embodied ‘Dizzy Clinic’. She is one of our CCMI trained Concussion Management Physiotherapists and our main Vestibular Physiotherapist, using the Vesticam goggles and evidence based techniques to assist those suffering with vertigo, balance issues and persistant dizziness. Cara has a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy) and has completed further studies in vertigo, headaches and clinical pilates with the Australian Physiotherapy & Pilates Institute (APPI) and Dry Needling with Manual Medicine Australia. Cara focuses on locating the structural and biomechanical causes of injuries and addressing them using a range of different techniques.

Maigi is passionate about helping people and enjoys working as a physiotherapist. She has a special interest in vestibular rehabilitation and has undertaken extensive training in this area, and uses Vesticam infrared video goggles during sessions. Maigi is also one of our Complete Concussions trained clinicians and assists people who have sustained a concussion with their recovery.
