We’ve noticed 3 interesting additions to our physiotherapy work last week. Isolation Injuries, head/ neck/ Shoulder pain consults due to home office set up and an increase in appointments for stress. Read on to see how we can help you with these!

1) Isolation Injuries

Jigsaw neck? It’s a real thing. Many of us are doing things we wouldn’t normally do at home and getting new pains and aches as a result! Suzanne had her first Video consult with a client suffering from new onset headaches (from a change in work environment) last week. While we are still open for 1;1 and hands on treatment in clinic, it was great to see what our clients can learn as self treatment techniques at home when we analyse movement quality over video. 2) Home office set up

If you like to work on your laptop in bed, this may be fine for an hour or 2, but potentially not for 8 hours a day. Tune in to our Facebook Live with Clara on Wednesday at 12pm (or catch the replay later on our blog, You Tube channel or Facebook) where she’ll be running through home office set up to avoid injuries. 3) Stress
