Cara graduated from RMIT University in Melbourne with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). She has also completed further studies in vertigo, headaches and clinical pilates with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and Dry Needling with Manual Medicine Australia. Francesco graduated from the University of Vanvitelli in Naples, Italy. He began working in the aged care sector, specializing in neuromusculoskeletal disorders and hospice care.
