Clara grew up in Azul, a small town in Buenos Aires State, Argentina. She studied at Buenos Aires University, graduating in 2014, and speaks Spanish, English and basic Auslan. Clara worked in private practice treating musculoskeletal disorders, before moving to Australia. She met her FNQ born husband James while working in the Torres Strait and is happy to call Cairns home now. Clara is a passionate physiotherapist who is always learning and encourages our team to do the same, in her role as Lead Physiotherapist for the Wellness Embodied ‘Dizzy Clinic’. Maigi is from Estonia, where she graduated from Tartu Health Care College in 2013. She obtained a master’s degree at the University of Tartu in 2015. She is passionate about helping people and enjoys working as a physiotherapist. Maigi has a special interest in vestibular rehabilitation and has completed a vestibular rehabilitation competency certificate in Australia, as well as a competency renewal course with U.S. faculty. She has undertaken extensive CPD in vestibular rehabilitation and she uses Vesticam infrared video goggles during sessions.
