Cara graduated from RMIT University in Melbourne with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). She has also completed further studies in vertigo, headaches and clinical pilates with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and Dry Needling with Manual Medicine Australia. Cara is passionate about all things sport, with recent experience competing in Olympic weightlifting. She has also worked closely with visiting NRL teams in Townsville, delivering pre-game treatment and support to professional athletes. Her journey in health care began after she suffered an injury while playing Volleyball in high school, this event led her to enroll in and obtain a Bachelor of Physical Therapy at the International University of Health and Welfare, so she can help other individuals in similar situations. She worked in a private hospital, treating neurological, cancer-related, musculoskeletal, and pediatric disorders. Nicolas grew up in Neuquen, a city located in the Patagonia region. He graduated with a BsC in Physiotherapy at Universidad Nacional de Córdoba, one of the oldest universities in South America. Before moving to Australia, he worked in private practice treating lower limb musculoskeletal disorders and as a sports physiotherapist in rugby teams. After moving to Australia, he developed a great interest in neurological and respiratory conditions.
