Cara graduated from RMIT University in Melbourne with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). She has also completed further studies in vertigo, headaches and clinical pilates with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and Dry Needling with Manual Medicine Australia. Cara is passionate about all things sport, with recent experience competing in Olympic weightlifting. She has also worked closely with visiting NRL teams in Townsville, delivering pre-game treatment and support to professional athletes. Her journey in health care began after she suffered an injury while playing Volleyball in high school, this event led her to enroll in and obtain a Bachelor of Physical Therapy at the International University of Health and Welfare, so she can help other individuals in similar situations. She worked in a private hospital, treating neurological, cancer-related, musculoskeletal, and pediatric disorders. She moved to Australia to study and obtain a diploma in remedial massage to expand the range of her treatment and decided to start a new life as a physiotherapist in Australia. She believes that

Francesco graduated from the University of Vanvitelli in Naples, Italy. He began working in the aged care sector, specializing in neuromusculoskeletal disorders and hospice care. During this time, he also pursued further studies in osteopathy, attending courses in Rome and Florence. In 2015, he relocated to Australia to improve his English language skills and obtained a diploma in remedial massage therapy. Upon returning to Europe, he worked as a senior physiotherapist in England for 4 years, treating musculoskeletal patients within the NHS (National Health Service). Maigi is from Estonia, where she graduated from Tartu Health Care College in 2013. She obtained a master’s degree at the University of Tartu in 2015. She is passionate about helping people and enjoys working as a physiotherapist. Maigi has a special interest in vestibular rehabilitation and has completed a vestibular rehabilitation competency certificate in Australia, as well as a competency renewal course with U.S. faculty. She has undertaken extensive CPD in vestibular rehabilitation and uses Vesticam infrared video goggles during sessions. She studied at Buenos Aires University, graduating in 2014, and speaks Spanish, English and basic Auslan. Clara worked in private practice treating musculoskeletal disorders, before moving to Australia. She met her FNQ born husband James while working in the Torres Strait and is happy to call Cairns home now.
