Sipho Mbana - Physiotherapist

Sipho is a Physiotherapist with 5 years of clinical experience and a strong interest in sports rehabilitation and return-to-play programs. He is skilled in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, with a particular passion for treating back, neck, and shoulder conditions.

Sipho takes an evidence-based, individualised approach to help clients reduce pain, restore movement, and return confidently to sport and daily activities. He is also currently an MBA candidate, bringing a broader perspective to healthcare and client-centred care.

Please note that Sipho and Nadun and work alternate weeks in Cooktown and at our Cairns City Clinic.
