Nadun has a special focus on musculoskeletal injuries and treats neck, back, shoulder, hip and knee pain, as well as soft tissue injuries, ankle dysfunction and ACL rehabilitation, both pre/post-surgical and conservative. He also guides clients through strength and conditioning programs, aerobic fitness and functional training to support recovery and long-term wellbeing.

Sipho is a Physiotherapist with 5 years of experience, specialising in sports and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. He has a particular interest in treating back, neck, and shoulder conditions, and supporting safe return to sport and activity. Sipho is also currently an MBA candidate, bringing a broad, strategic perspective to his clinical practice.
