If you are no longer able to make your appointment, please let us know ASAP, so that we may offer the appointment to somebody on our waitlist or in urgent need.
As our clinic is closed on weekends, weekends do not count toward the required notice period for the purpose of cancellations and rescheduling.
Our required notice periods are:
Standard consultations: 24 business hours
Longer or specialised consultations: 48 business hours (including NDIS, NIISQ, Out of Clinic, Vestibular, Running & Movement, Hesch Method, Pelvic Health, Concussion, Craniosacral Therapy, and similar services).
Late cancellations and failure to arrive will attract the full fee.
The patient is responsible for all payment of accounts at Wellness Embodied, including if an insurance scheme, compensation claim or fund fails to pay on their behalf.
