Lea is from Malolos, in the Philippines. She graduated from Emilio Aguinaldo College, with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and received an award for being the best trained intern in their batch. After this Lea, enrolled in a Post Graduate course to expand her knowledge and skills in Sports physiotherapy and before moving to Australia, she was one of the physiotherapists who supported the Philippine National team for Obstacle Course Racing that competes worldwide, and won most of the gold medals in the Southeast Asian Games.
Lea is committed to helping her clients reach their full potential and get back to doing the activities that they love, in the safest and the healthiest way possible, by providing a tailored and holistic approach. Her treatment techniques include manual therapy, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (level 2 practitioner) M2T blading, cupping and dry needling.
Lea speaks Filipino and English and in her spare time, she enjoys exploring Cairns, cooking, swimming, playing badminton and watching live games of football, volleyball and basketball.
