Cara graduated from RMIT University in Melbourne with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Bachelor of Applied Science (Osteopathy). She has also completed further studies in vertigo, headaches and clinical pilates with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) and Dry Needling with Manual Medicine Australia. Cara is passionate about all things sport, with recent experience competing in Olympic weightlifting. She has also worked closely with visiting NRL teams in Townsville, delivering pre-game treatment and support to professional athletes.
