She studied at Buenos Aires University, graduating in 2014, and speaks Spanish, English and basic Auslan. Clara worked in private practice treating musculoskeletal disorders, before moving to Australia. She met her FNQ born husband James while working in the Torres Strait and is happy to call Cairns home now. During this time, he also pursued further studies in osteopathy, attending courses in Rome and Florence.
