Nadun is a dedicated physiotherapist who helps individuals overcome pain, restore function and build long-term confidence in movement. He takes a patient-centered, evidence-based approach, crafting tailored treatment plans that align with each person’s goals, lifestyle and physical needs. With a special focus on musculoskeletal injuries, Nadun treats neck, back, shoulder, hip and knee pain, as well as soft tissue injuries, ankle dysfunction and ACL rehabilitation, both pre/post-surgical and conservative. He also guides clients through strength and conditioning programs, aerobic fitness and functional training to support recovery and long-term wellbeing.
